CHICKEN: Oven Roasted Jidori Chicken Breast with Apricot Bechamel, cheesy scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
FISH: Wild Caught Pan Seared Salmon Fillet with Citrus Buerre Blanc, cheesy scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
