Colin Hastings -

Prior to accepting the Executive Director position for the Pasco Chamber in 2011, Colin and his wife owned a couple of small service-retail businesses and operated a small cherry orchard outside of Pasco.
Before returning to Tri-Cities from 8 years in the Seattle Area, Colin worked and consulted on numerous local, federal and statewide election campaigns. Upon his return to Pasco, Colin served as the Government Affairs Director for the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities. He continues to consult on grassroots mobilization for business, transportation, energy and agriculture for Drake Strategies. Colin sits on the Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund (hanfordfund.com), Meier Architecture & Engineering Board of Directors, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Annual Water Follies event featuring Unlimited Hydroplane Races held each year in the Tri-Cities. He also is on the board of directors for the Pasco Kiwanis Club and Pacific Technology Alliance promoting rural broadband access and sits on the Washington Policy Center Eastern WA Advisory Board. Colin graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Lara have two young and energetic sons. |
Ellie Neff -

Ellie began working at the Pasco Chamber in March of 2019 and is a 5th generation Pasco resident, who is currently fulfilling her prerequisites at CBC, with plans to transfer to WSUTC and get a bachelor’s in history. She is looking forward to getting to know local businesses and helping to support them.

Bobbi Forrester -
Executive Assistant |
Bobbi Forrester joined the Pasco Chamber as the Executive Assistant in December 2019 and is a native to the Tri-Cities and has seen a lot of the changes in the community through the years. She is excited to be working with the area business and community leaders. In her career she has worn many hats for many organizations and at one time was the Administrative Assistant for the Home Builders Association where she worked on the Regional Home show, the Parade of Homes, and helped drive membership. She has attended Columbia Basin College and the University of Phoenix studying Business Administration and holds a Certificate from Washington State University in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
She is very interested in agriculture, the history of the area, and would like to work to promote the importance of the industry in the community. |
